Of course it's cold

Good day today. Finished homework/had good flow of ideas. Late night drive on snowy country roads ended well. It was blowing snow so much that people were reluctantly plowing ahead at half the posted limit. I played a couple of Vladislav Delay tracks in the car, which I thought were suitably frigid. The kind that put me in an ice castle with falling icicles everywhere. Nordic producers (see also Marc Leclair, Lackluster) capture the 'survival' theme of winter very well. Delay (of Finland) kind of reminds me of scandinavian metal bands in a distant way, though this is a very deep composition of discernable, brittle sounds.
