Tekmology

Snakes on a Plane was getting old. Today I had a heat transfer quiz, and, when faced with a (fairly simple) differential equation, I was very tempted to just write 'Snakes on a Plane' and hand it in.

I spent yesterday afternoon at SSP, where I just wanted to 'kick off' data collection for a massive project. As it turns out, people were willing to help, and consequently within fifteen minutes I had drawings and diagrams and a desk and a laptop and thermocouples and - oh drool - a data logger. Within an hour, I had 67,341 data points. When I used to work there, an hour would be spent discussing my former boss' forged psychiatric report or his use of cat antibiotics to combat his human STDs. Holler!
